The hotel is in Vapi’s GIDC industrial area along National Highway 8, near Vapi Railway Station and with access to Daman Airport and Surat International Airport. Facilities include a restaurant, a boardroom and an event hall, The Fern said in a statement.
“Vapi is an important business and industrial hub in Gujarat, with a growing demand for quality hospitality that caters to both business and leisure travelers,” said Suhail Kannampilly, The Fern chairman and managing director. “The launch of The Palm Regency strengthens our presence in the region and adds to our growing portfolio of Beacon Hotels.”
Priyavadan Kakkad, Har Ventures’ partner, said the hotel aims to provide a comfortable stay while meeting the needs of Vapi’s business community.
“Located in the GIDC area, the hotel provides convenient connectivity to key industrial and commercial destinations, making it well suited for corporate and business travelers,” Kakkad said.
Separately, The Fern Hotels opened the 64-key The Fern Residency Godhra, Series by Marriott in Gujarat.
