Extended Stay America Select Suites—Longview is now open in Longview, Texas. The 104-key hotel was developed by CenterPoint Hospitality, led by Managing Partner Anant Patel.
The opening marks continued growth for Extended Stay America Select Suites since its 2022 launch, with nearly 200 locations, ESA said in a statement. The property is near major employers, including Komatsu, Eastman Chemical Company, Westlake Chemical, Trinity Rail, AAON, Genpak and Norris Cylinder. It includes a covered patio with BBQ grills and picnic tables.
“We are excited to work with Extended Stay America on the opening of Extended Stay America Select Suites – Longview,” said Patel. “The property underwent a renovation, including infrastructure upgrades, to complete its conversion and position it for long-term performance. We believe in the extended stay segment and the growth of the Extended Stay America brand. Longview’s industrial base and demand drivers make it a compelling market and we look forward to continuing our relationship with the Extended Stay America team.”
Mark Williams, ESA’s managing director for franchise development, said the opening reflects the brand’s focus on growth in markets with project-driven and corporate demand.
“Longview’s manufacturing base, healthcare presence and regional accessibility make it a fit for our Select Suites brand, offering a cost-efficient extended stay model aligned with workforce and relocation needs,” he said.
Separately, SAI RAM Galleria LLC opened Extended Stay America Suites – Houston – Galleria in Houston’s Galleria District.
