EIH LTD. AND Bhartiya Hospitality will develop and operate uber-luxury resorts in India and select global destinations. The first resorts in Karnataka’s Coorg, Kabini and Hampi are expected to open by 2030.
The companies plan to develop 20 resorts together over the long term, EIH said in a statement. The partnership brings together Bhartiya’s development experience and The Oberoi Group’s hospitality operations. Each resort will feature design-focused architecture, gardens, wellness offerings and spaces for private and shared experiences.
Bhartiya Group, led by founder and chairman Snehdeep Aggarwal, is a New Delhi-based company operating in fashion, real estate, city development, hospitality and education.

"More than just resorts, I dream of creating blue zones where people live, laugh, and love more,” said Aggarwal. “In this new world, people will come to surrender, nourish, and evolve. I deeply value our partnership with The Oberoi Group as we bring this new world to life.”

EIH operates hotels and resorts under the Oberoi and Trident brands in India and international markets.

Vikram Oberoi, The Oberoi CEO, said the partnership will help expand EIH’s managed resort portfolio while bringing its service approach to wellness-focused hospitality.

“With resorts located in destinations that encourage longer lengths of stay, every interaction will be thoughtfully crafted to stimulate the senses and create lasting memories such that a departing guest will leave with a unquenchable desire to repeat the experience,” he said.

Recently, Oberoi Rajgarh Palace in Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh, was named one of the World's Most Beautiful Hotels for 2026.
