Wyndham’s Dolce expands

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts expanded its U.S. Dolce by Wyndham portfolio with three openings.

WYNDHAM HOTELS & RESORTS expanded its Dolce by Wyndham portfolio in the U.S. with three openings. The hotels join three existing U.S. properties and several international Dolce properties.

The new hotels are in Miami Beach, Florida; Palm Springs, California; and Tarrytown, New York.


The openings support Wyndham’s strategy to grow its upscale and lifestyle portfolio in national and regional markets, the company said in a statement. The brand offers owners a flexible upscale platform that drives guest demand and long-term performance, backed by its global system.

The three existing U.S. Dolce properties are Dolce by Wyndham Hollywood in Florida, Chateau Hotel and Conference Center in Bloomington, Illinois and Seaview Hotel in Galloway, New Jersey.

“At the heart of the Dolce brand are hotels rooted in their destinations, with experiences shaped by place, design and how people want to travel today,” said Leo Danese, vice president of upscale and lifestyle brands at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. “As the brand expands, we’re growing in high-demand destinations and building a portfolio that delivers consistent, high-quality stays while creating long-term value for owners.”

Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach, a 90-room property in South Beach, is near the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road. It features social spaces, dining and access to beaches, nightlife and cultural attractions.

V Capri Palm Springs, is near downtown Palm Springs and Palm Springs International Airport. The 140-room hotel has private patios or balconies, many with mountain or pool views. Amenities include pools, cabanas, an adults-only poolside bar, a 24/7 fitness center and gathering spaces.

Sleepy Hollow Hotel, is a 240-room property in New York’s Hudson Valley, about 30 minutes from New York City. It sits on 11 acres and has an indoor pool, fitness center and on-site dining. It also has more than 30,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including one of the largest ballrooms in Westchester County, for conferences, weddings and retreats.

Dolce by Wyndham Miami Beach is owned by AADESHA Hotel Group and Blue Road Hospitality. V Capri Palm Springs is owned by PCG-SP Venture 1, LLC. Sleepy Hollow Hotel is owned by Tarrytown Partners LLC.

In February, Wyndham and Fine Acers launched the Dolce by Wyndham brand in India with two properties in Goa and Udaipur, Rajasthan. Both are scheduled to open in 2030. Separately, Wyndham’s Trademark Collection brand surpassed 100 U.S. hotels, doubling its domestic portfolio in five years. The brand has nearly 350 hotels globally, with more than 100 in the pipeline.
