TMGOC VENTURES AND Ad Astra Capital acquired the 162-key Home2 Suites by Hilton in Fort Worth, Texas. The hotel will be managed by TMGOC partner Lexima Lodging.
The extended-stay hotel is near Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Memorial Center, Texas Christian University and several hospital systems. Nearby attractions include Sundance Square, Fort Worth Water Gardens, Fort Worth Stockyards, Colonial Country Club and Fort Worth Zoo.
“Located in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, the hotel sits at the center of a demand base driven by business, leisure, healthcare, education and entertainment,” TMGOC wrote on LinkedIn.
TMGOC, a real estate and development private equity firm based in Boca Raton, Florida, is led by founders and managing partners Sunju Patel and Glenn Alba. The acquisition is the company’s first entry into Texas, TMGOC said in a statement.
“Fort Worth continues to grow as a business and economic hub, driving demand from business and leisure travelers,” said Alba. “Home2 Suites aligns with our strategy of targeting markets with high barriers to entry.”
AAC, co-founded by Jack Cantele and David Auer in 2024, focuses on acquiring select-service and extended-stay hotels in the United States.
Austin-based LXMI Capital recently acquired the 88-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas McKinney in McKinney, Texas, in a deal brokered by HVS Brokerage & Advisory.
