- Spree to add eight hotels in Q2 FY27.
- Properties span Maharashtra, Goa, Punjab and Odisha.
- Most expected to open within six months.
The new properties will be in Kolhapur, Karjat, Pune, Jaisinghpur, Indapur, Goa, Zirakpur and Angul. Most of the new properties are expected to begin operations within six months, serving business, leisure and destination markets, Spree said in a statement.
Spree Hospitality, led by Chief Operating Officer Sagar Khurana, is a subsidiary of Bengaluru-based Spree Clubs, founded and led by CEO Keshav Baljee. Spree Clubs focuses on professional club management, F&B and banqueting services.
"Signing eight new properties in a single quarter is encouraging for us, but what is equally important is the quality of the partnerships we are building and the markets we are entering,” said Khurana. “With most of these properties expected to open within the next six months, our immediate priority will be to work closely with our partners and teams to ensure smooth openings and establish each hotel strongly in its respective market.”
Separately, Mango Hill Hotels plans new hotels in Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra.
