STOREY HOTEL MANAGEMENT Group selected Stayntouch PMS for six properties totaling more than 500 rooms, including The Fairlane Hotel and The Walton Residence. The integration simplifies onboarding and integrates with technologies.
The platform also supports growth across properties, markets and regions, and reduces training across teams, the companies said. It provides data to inform decisions and improve performance.
California-based SHMG takes an ownership-focused approach, helping hoteliers preserve each property’s individuality.
“Expanding our partnership with Stayntouch gives us the confidence to grow thoughtfully and strategically,” said Jonathan Holcomb, SHMG’s vice president for commercial strategy. “It allows our team to focus on delivering unique, memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring our operations remain efficient, adaptable and connected. As our portfolio grows, having a technology partner that scales with us and supports our long-term vision is essential to maintaining the individuality of each property while driving stronger overall performance.”
Open APIs connect with partners and technologies, while onboarding and learning are supported through Stayntouch Academy and training tools, the statement said.
Priya Rajamani, Stayntouch senior vice president for implementation and support, said they are proud to deepen their partnership with Storey Hotel Management as it continues to grow.
“Our focus is on supporting their team with the technology and resources they need to perform at their best, scale efficiently and unlock even greater results across every property,” she said. “Seeing their portfolio expand while they maintain the unique character of each hotel makes this partnership especially meaningful.”
Bethesda, Maryland–based Stayntouch operates as a subsidiary of MCR, a U.S. hotel owner-operator that acquired the company in 2020. In August, Sonesta International Hotels Corp. named Stayntouch its preferred property management system provider after a two-year review of its ability to support the company’s franchise model.
