Mehr Sanduja, RHG, director for people and culture for South Asia said the ranking means more because it came directly from employees.
"We focused on creating a workplace that encourages collaboration, celebrates individuality, supports wellbeing, and provides opportunities for continuous learning," she said.
India's hospitality sector is growing fast and competition for talent is intensifying alongside it. RHG said its workforce priorities across South Asia will stay the same as it continues to expand, keeping the focus on building a workplace where teams can grow both professionally and personally.
Separately, RHG aims to create 65,000 to 80,000 jobs in India through 500 properties by 2030.
