- Sunday PropTech acquired Fletcher Hotels.
- It operates 170 hotels in three countries.
- It acquired 60 hotels over the past decade.
Fletcher operates 170 hotels in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, including 130 owned hotels and 40 partner hotels. The group completed more than 60 acquisitions over the past decade, Fletcher said in a statement.
“We have further strengthened Fletcher's offering in the Netherlands and expanded the company into Germany,” said Mark Wetzels, Egeria senior partner. “Fletcher is in a strong position today and I am confident that Sunday PropTech and its shareholders are the right partners to continue to grow the company,”
The deal follows PRISM’s U.K. expansion announced in July, when the company added 40 hotels under its Belvilla and Sunday Hotels brands. Sunday Hotels already operated 16 hotels in England and Wales.
PRISM recently cut its planned IPO fresh issue by nearly half to $354.65 million following repeated delays. The revised plan comes as India’s IPO market moves toward a record year in 2026, with several large offerings completed or underway.
