- PRISM cuts IPO size by half.
- Fresh issue cut to $354.65 million.
- IPO delayed repeatedly since 2021.
PRISM, THE PARENT of OYO, cut the planned size of its initial public offering to $354.65 million. The move follows repeated IPO delays.
The revised plan cuts the fresh issue from $702.22 million proposed in an earlier filing, Reuters reported.
PRISM first filed for an IPO in 2021, seeking a valuation of up to $12 billion, but delayed the listing several times. It revived its plans with a confidential filing in March 2023, postponed the listing again in May that year and later turned to debt financing.
The listing comes as India’s IPO market moves toward a record year, with several large offerings completed or underway in 2026.
PRISM’s net profit rose more than fourfold to about $104 million in fiscal 2026, while revenue increased 49.7 percent to $980 million. North America led growth, with G6 Hospitality generating about $1.48 billion in gross booking value in its first full year under OYO.
