HILTON WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS launched its new “It Matters Where You Stay” campaign featuring Indian actor and brand ambassador Deepika Padukone. The campaign, filmed in Bengaluru, highlights different aspects of a hotel stay, including preparing for an event, balancing work and rest, and taking time to recharge.
The new campaign captures moments that support Deepika’s routine and reflect the needs of the modern Indian traveler, focusing on design and service that create experiences, Hilton said in a statement.
“At Hilton, we’re ‘For The Stay,’ an experience unique to Hilton and our 24 brands worldwide,” said Mark Weinstein, Hilton’s chief marketing officer. “The Stay empowers our guests to rest, recharge and prepare for whatever the rest of their trip holds. We designed this campaign around the spirit of a new generation of Indian travellers. They shape success on their own terms and we’re here to host them in India and globally. Deepika brings her own authentic Stay story to life in a way that reflects the drive we see in our guests every day.”
Padukone said it’s the welcome, personal touches and attention to detail that make a Hilton stay memorable.
Meanwhile, Hilton aims to grow its India portfolio tenfold over the next decade. The company plans to open new hotels this year in Bengaluru, Surat, Jabalpur, Hyderabad and Mumbai. It is also adding five brands tailored to the Indian market to meet growing demand.
The company held its first brand showcase in Bengaluru, featuring 10 brands including Conrad, DoubleTree, Waldorf Astoria, LXR, Curio Collection and Spark. It also announced plans to open 29 hotels across India in five years, including LXR’s debut in Bengaluru by 2026.
