NILE HOSPITALITY HAS 50 hotels across India, marking a milestone for the company since it was founded in 2018. The company currently manages properties across 37 cities in 20 states.
NILE’s portfolio includes 26 global and owner-built brands, the company said in a statement. It works with Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corp., Radisson Hotel Group and Accor Ltd. among others.
“Crossing the milestone of 50 hotels signed and operating is a significant moment for NILE Hospitality and underscores the trust placed in us by our team, hotel owners and global brands,” said Vikram Singh Chauhan, NILE’s founder and CEO. “Since 2018, our vision has been to build an industry-leading hotel management company from India that combines international standards with strong regional understanding and operational expertise.”
The company works with hotel owners on operations, brand standards, market positioning and asset management. Their work includes hotel pre-openings, conversions and day-to-day operations across different market segments and locations. It has teams for hotel development, sales and revenue management, marketing, technology, finance and talent management.
NILE said its understanding of hospitality markets across India has supported its growth.
The company operates in Delhi, Amritsar in Punjab, Udaipur in Rajasthan, Nagpur in Maharashtra, Rajkot and Gandhinagar in Gujarat, Dibrugarh in Assam, Indore in Madhya Pradesh, Ranchi in Jharkhand and Kashmir. It also has projects planned in Mumbai in Maharashtra, Chail in Himachal Pradesh and Somnath in Gujarat. The portfolio includes properties across metro, tier-two and tier-three cities.
Separately, Summit Hotels & Resorts plans to double its portfolio to 50 hotels by 2030 with two new brands and a soft franchise model.
