Lindsay Monge is Peachtree Group’s executive vice president of asset management. He will oversee the firm’s hospitality and real estate assets, focusing on performance, strategic planning and portfolio value.
Monge most recently served as president of Seaview Investors, Peachtree said in a statement.
“Lindsay’s background leading hotel operations and real estate investment platforms makes him an invaluable addition to our leadership team,” said Greg Friedman, Peachtree’s managing principal and CEO. “His experience across public REITs, private equity and owner-operator platforms positions him to enhance value creation for our investors while strengthening our asset management capabilities.”
Atlanta-based Peachtree is led by Friedman; Jatin Desai, managing principal and CFO; and Mitul Patel, principal.
He oversaw asset management and operations at Seaview Investors for eight Marriott and Hilton hotels in California, the statement said. Earlier, he spent 16 years at Sunstone Hotel Investors, where he was senior vice president, chief administrative officer, secretary and treasurer, overseeing corporate functions and a $3.9 billion asset base.
Monge also held senior roles at MagnaFlow as chief operating officer and at Alpha Wave Investors as chief administrative officer and partner, overseeing strategic planning, growth and asset repositioning. Earlier, he held management positions at The Westgate Hotel and began his career in Hilton’s executive management program at the Waldorf Astoria in New York.
Peachtree recently launched an equipment finance division offering lease financing across industries, including commercial real estate and hospitality, led by Brian Shaughnessy, Roger Johnson and Dennis Shields.
