KALIBRI INTRODUCED HUMMINGBIRD Portfolio, a multi-property analytics solution for hotel owners, management companies and brands. It provides a portfolio-wide view of commercial performance and identifies profitability drivers.
Built on Kalibri’s ProfitFirst Platform, the solution combines portfolio summaries with property-level analytics, allowing users to move from executive dashboards to reservation-level data exports, Kalibri said in a statement. It integrates profitability metrics with occupancy and revenue data to support commercial decision-making.
“As commercial teams sharpen their focus on profit, above-property leaders need more than a ranked list of how each hotel performed,” said Cindy Estis Green, Kalibri cofounder and CEO. “They need to see where a portfolio is winning, where it is losing, and what profit opportunity is hiding across properties, channels and segments.”
The solution combines Kalibri’s Contribution to Operating Profit and Expenses, ProfitMix and cost-of-acquisition metrics in one view, enabling users to assess booking profitability after acquisition costs, the statement said.
Hummingbird Portfolio includes five analytics views for commercial teams. The portfolio dashboard provides KPIs, COPE trends and a U.S. property map ranked by COPE RevPAR. The Properties view compares occupancy and ADR, reports top accounts and provides sortable property data for regional teams.
In March, Bridge and Kalibri introduced AI market intelligence and underwriting tools for hotel owners and lenders.
