THE INDIAN SCHOOL of Hospitality is partnering with the European Union National Institutes for Culture for the third consecutive year. This year’s event extends a collaboration that brings European culinary knowledge into hospitality education in India.

As part of the initiative, ISH organized masterclasses led by experts from Austria, Czechia, France, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Malta, Spain and Ukraine. Students explored the culinary identity of each country while strengthening practical techniques and cultural context, The Economic Times reported.

“We are honored to welcome EUNIC to our campus for the third consecutive year. Our students engage with cultures that shape global hospitality and this experience strengthens their path to international careers,” said Kunal Vasudeva, co-founder and managing director at ISH.

This year’s program concludes on Dec. 13 with a European Christmas brunch hosted by the Liszt Institute Hungarian Cultural Centre and the Embassy of Hungary in New Delhi. Diplomats, cultural delegates, industry leaders and the ISH community will gather for a showcase of student work shaped by the year’s international sessions.

“An initiative by EUNIC, The Global Table at ISH will bring more European embassies to campus in this edition. Each visit will open the ISH kitchen to new flavors and new ideas,” ISH said on social media.

Demonstration classes across campus brought visiting chefs and cultural representatives directly into student learning.

Recently, ISH hosted nearly 200 counsellors for its seventh “Counsellors’ Retreat” in Gurugram.
