KALYANI GROUP WILL develop the dual-branded Conrad Bengaluru Airport/Hilton Bengaluru Airport in Karnataka, India. The hotels, each with 300 keys, are expected to open in 2030.

The project is Hilton Worldwide Holdings’ second development with Kalyani after DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield opened in 2024. The properties will be part of the KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park near Kempegowda International Airport, Hilton said in a statement.

The hotels will include multiple restaurants, meeting and event spaces, wellness facilities, with more than 72,000 square feet of combined event space. They will cater to both business and leisure travelers.

"This landmark signing represents a significant milestone in strengthening Hilton's presence in Bengaluru and reflects our long-term confidence in the market," said Alan Watts, Hilton’s president for Asia Pacific. "As we advance our ambition to exceed 400 hotels in India over the next decade, Bengaluru will remain a key focus for expansion."

Bengaluru-based Kalyani, founded by Mohan Raju, operates in commercial and residential development, automotive and solar projects.

Raju, said the project is a natural next step after the success of DoubleTree and will expand the company’s hospitality presence in Bengaluru.

Conrad operates in Bengaluru and Pune, with Conrad Jaipur in the pipeline, while Hilton operates eight hotels in India with 11 more under development, the statement said.

Separately, SLK Hotels & Resorts is developing the 200-key Pullman Bengaluru Airport and 250-key ibis Bengaluru Airport in Karnataka.
