The renovated hotel in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood includes more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a Skydeck pool and a health and fitness center, Noble said in a statement.
“San Diego remains one of the most resilient hospitality markets in the country,” said Ben Brunt, Noble. “By transforming this property into an institutional-quality hotel in one of the city’s highest-demand neighborhoods, we have strengthened its long-term competitive position. This investment reflects Noble’s strategy of aligning with trusted brands, executing with operational excellence and selecting markets where we can generate durable cash flow and enduring value for our investors and partners.”
Atlanta-based Noble, led by CEO Mit Shah, has invested more than $6 billion in travel and hospitality real estate over the past three decades.
In October, Noble opened the 124-room StudioRes by Marriott in Newnan, Georgia, expanding its branded long-term accommodations platform.
