Cambria Hotel Colorado Springs – Air Force Academy is now open in Colorado Springs, Colorado. ARK Hospitality and Shahford Hospitality developed the hotel in partnership with Baxter Construction.
The Cambria is near the U.S. Air Force Academy, the companies said in a statement. Nearby attractions include Garden of the Gods, the Manitou Incline, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Ford Amphitheater and the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum.
ARK Hospitality was retained to oversee the hotel’s opening and operations. ARK is led by President Aaron Walker, while Shahford is led by Partner Ketan Shah.
“Seeing this hotel go from groundbreaking to opening in less than a year is something we are proud of,” said Shah.
Arturo Jimenez, ARK vice president for business development and client relations, said the opening reflects the partners’ commitment to working together and executing the project.
Separately, Holiday Inn & Suites Commerce City-Denver Airport recently opened in Commerce City, Colorado. NibbleNook Hospitality developed the 106-room hotel.
