Heena Patel is now chief revenue management officer at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. She will lead the company’s resort inventory optimization and revenue management strategy, integrating inventory, rental demand and digital commerce across its portfolio.
Patel was senior vice president of rental operations, digital marketing and commerce at Travel + Leisure Co., Marriott said in a statement. Her experience includes hospitality operations, revenue management, inventory strategy, digital commerce and business transformation.
In the newly created role, Patel will report to Mike Flaskey, president and chief operating officer.
“Heena brings experience in revenue management, inventory strategy and digital commerce, as well as a track record of building capabilities and leading transformation,” Flaskey said. “As we evolve our business, her leadership will help us take an integrated approach to managing resort inventory and creating value for our owners, guests and shareholders.”
Patel said integrating inventory, demand and digital capabilities would help the company better serve owners, members and guests while optimizing resort inventory.
