- Cassie Bond is AIHG’s head of revenue.
- She will oversee revenue strategy across portfolio.
- She was Lodging Dynamics’ VP of revenue generation.
Cassie Bond is AI Hospitality Group’s founding head of revenue. She was previously vice president of revenue generation at Lodging Dynamics.
She will report to Chief Operating Officer Eve Moore and oversee revenue strategy across AIHG’s managed portfolio, including pricing, forecasting, distribution, digital, e-commerce and reservations.
Bond’s career has focused on third-party hotel management, AIHG said in a statement, and previously held executive revenue roles at Remington Hospitality and Chesapeake Hospitality. She will also oversee agentic development for AIHG’s revenue management function, deciding which tasks its AI agents handle and how they perform them.
Former Remington Hospitality CEO Sloan Dean recently launched AI Hospitality Group, an AI-focused hotel management company. More than 80 percent of its management fee is tied to hotel profit performance. Dean is founder and CEO, while Kishan Dahya is co-founder and chief technology officer.
“Revenue is where an AI-native operating model shows up fastest in the owner’s P&L, and Cassie is the best revenue leader in third-party management,” said Dean. “She knows what it takes to perform across very different assets and ownership groups.”
Moore said Bond’s enthusiasm for the work inspires those who work with her.
“She understands the big picture and uses all topline levers to drive bottom-line profitability,” he said. “Our model gives her and her team the time and the data to act faster and even more effectively.”
At AIHG, Bond will pair revenue strategy with the company’s agentic platform. The platform combines more than 20 data sources in a single semantic model, allowing her to turn data into action faster, identify revenue opportunities and adjust strategy in real time.
“I’ve spent my career in third-party management, and I’ve never seen a model built for owners,” said Bond. “At AIHG, the agents handle the manual work that slows revenue teams down. That frees us to focus on strategy and to make sure revenue and profit are at the center of every decision.”
