ADANI AIRPORT HOLDINGS Ltd.'s consumer platform, Adani One, surpassed five million members within 10 months of launching Adani Rewards, its airport loyalty program. The platform combines airport services, retail, dining and rewards in one app.

The program is available at all eight AAHL-managed airports across seven states, the company said in a statement. It lets passengers earn and redeem points on shopping, dining and other airport services through the Adani One app.

"Reaching five million members in less than a year marks an important milestone for Adani Rewards," an AAHL spokesperson said. "Soon, we will introduce new features, expand member benefits, and create more opportunities for passengers to use services across all AAHL-managed airports."

AAHL plans to introduce a tiered membership model later this year, offering frequent flyers additional benefits and personalized perks.

Passengers can enroll in Adani Rewards using their mobile number at purchase, the statement said. They can redeem points earned through eligible transactions for complimentary food and beverages and other airport experiences through the Adani One app.

Seasonal campaigns, including Diwali, Winterfest and Summer Carnival, have increased customer engagement through exclusive promotions and experiences, AAHL said. It also plans further enhancements to expand the program's reach across its airport network, from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, to Guwahati, Assam.

Separately, Adani Airport City Ltd., a subsidiary of AAHL, plans to build integrated airport cities at six airports across five states. More than $2.32 billion is earmarked for the first phase.
