Wahba is Stonebridge’s VP of sales luxury, lifestyle

He has 25+ years in hospitality, holding senior roles in luxury, lifestyle and resort properties

David Wahba to Lead Stonebridge’s Luxury Sales Strategy

David Wahba is now vice president of sales for luxury, lifestyle and resort properties at Stonebridge Cos. In this role, he will oversee sales strategy for the company’s luxury portfolio.

Wahba brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Stonebridge said in a statement.


He previously held senior leadership roles at luxury, lifestyle, and resort properties, including Waldorf Astoria Orlando, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, Westin Peachtree Atlanta, Westin Beach Resort Ft. Lauderdale, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and Westin Resort, Aruba.

"David's extensive experience, proven leadership, and track record of driving results will be instrumental as we expand and strengthen our luxury, lifestyle, and resort brands," said Rob Smith, Stonebridge's president and CEO. "We are excited to welcome him and look forward to his leadership in enhancing our sales strategy."

Denver-based Stonebridge was founded by Chairman Navin Dimond and is led by Smith.

Wahba’s expertise in client relationships, revenue growth and strategic sales has driven market share in competitive environments, the statement said.

Wahba said he is thrilled to join Stonebridge's team.

"I look forward to contributing to the company's growth by leveraging my experience in luxury, lifestyle, and resort properties to drive revenue and market share," he said. "We will build on Stonebridge's strong portfolio and create memorable guest experiences while driving business success."

Stonebridge recently named Chad Goodnough senior vice president of sales, strategy, and innovation to lead sales strategies driving revenue, market share and RevPAR growth.
