Vision to Manage SpringHill Suites in Goose Creek, S.C.

Vision Hospitality Group will operate the new 109-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Goose Creek, South Carolina, developed by Clarendon Properties and CRAD.

VISION HOSPITALITY GROUP Inc. will manage the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Goose Creek. The 109-room hotel is scheduled to open early 2027 in Summerville, South Carolina.

The hotel is being developed by Clarendon Properties LLC in partnership with Commercial Realty Advisors Development. The project marks a new management collaboration between Vision and the developers, Vision said in a statement.


Located in the Goose Creek/Summerville corridor, the hotel will cater to travelers visiting the Charleston metro area. Nearby attractions include Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens, North Charleston Fire Museum, the “Rainbow Row” area featuring pastel-colored Georgian rowhouses and the Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum.

The new-build property will feature 1,000 square feet of meeting space.

The Chattanooga-based company is led by Founder and CEO Mitch Patel.

THE U.S. HOTEL construction pipeline held steady year-over-year in the third quarter, according to Lodging Econometrics. It comprises 6,205 projects with 728,416 rooms—unchanged in project count and up 1 percent in rooms from last year.

LE’s “Q3 2025 U.S. Hotel Construction Pipeline Trend Report” found that extended-stay hotels remain a key driver of development, representing 40 percent of projects and 34 percent of rooms.
