VERGE MANAGEMENT LLC selected Dreamscape Hospitality to manage three Marriott-branded hotels in Oklahoma and Louisiana. The Houston-based firm, a sister company of Verge Mobile LLC, is led by President Malik Kheraj and CEO David Gould.
The properties include the 90-key Residence Inn Tulsa South and the 76-key SpringHill Suites Tulsa in Tusla, Oklahoma, and the 89-key Courtyard Lafayette Airport in Louisiana, Dreamscape said in a statement. All three hotels are owned by Verge Mobile.
“Dreamscape’s hands-on approach and experience operating Marriott-branded hotels make them a natural partner,” said Kheraj. “Their focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction supports our long-term vision for these properties.”
Verge owns a hotel portfolio managed by third parties, including properties under Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
Dreamscape, based in Dallas, is led by President Adam Patenaude.
“These properties represent the type of Marriott assets that align naturally with our operational strengths,” said Patenaude.
Verge Mobile LLC, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is led by CEO Raheel Suria, COO Jawad Rawra and CDO Syed S. Shah. In May, Verge selected TPG Hotels & Resorts to manage five Marriott-branded select-service hotels in Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.
