- Swirl Hotel opened in Maharashtra.
- It is at Navi Mumbai Airport.
- Hotels offer hourly and overnight stays.
The two-floor hotel is on Terminal 1’s arrivals level and offers four-hour and overnight stays. Its six room categories include workstations and electronic safes, along with a restaurant and bar, Adani Airport Holdings Ltd. said in a statement.
“Swirl hotel brings accommodation into the airport environment, giving travellers greater flexibility to rest, work or refresh between flights,” said Suchit Bansal, AAHL’s non-aero business CEO. “We see an opportunity to take this proposition to other airports across our network and build a wider transit hospitality offering.”
A 21-room Swirl hotel is planned at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati. It will be on Level 3 of Terminal 2’s arrivals area, offering hourly and overnight stays, workstations and spaces for meetings, the statement said.
Last Year, AAHL received environmental approval for a proposed 240-room luxury hotel at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport in Kerala, India.
