Short is president of Peachtree Hospitality Management

He has been interim president of the Peachtree Hotel Group division since March

Patrick Short is president of Peachtree Hotel Group’s hotel operations and management division, Peachtree Hospitality Management. He has served as PHM interim president since March.

Atlanta-based Peachtree Hotel Group is led by Managing Principals Mitul Patel and Jatin Desai and CEO Greg Friedman.


Previously, Short was corporate vice president of operations for the company since 2018. Prior to joining PHM, Short was vice president of TPG Hotels and Resorts and Wischermann Partners.

“While numerous hotel management entities have floundered during the on-going crisis, Patrick has done a phenomenal job leading the entire PHM team and making bold moves to ensure that our portfolio is operating under best-in-class practices,” Friedman said. “During his tenure, he has implemented numerous operational enhancements, as well as strengthen the company’s culture.”

“My focus will remain on operational excellence, as well as growing our third-party managed portfolio,” Short said.

In July, Peachtree Hotel Group opened the SpringHill Suites Atlanta Perimeter Center in Atlanta.
