ROYAL ORCHID & REGENTA Hotels Ltd. signed Regenta Suites and Residences in Rajasthan's Jodhpur and Jaipur. The Jodhpur property is scheduled to open by December 2029 while Jaipur property is expected to open by April.

The 60-key Regenta Suites and Residences Jaipur is located in Jaipur City Centre. It is being developed by SSBC Group, owned by Madan Lal Yadav. The 200-key Regenta Suites and Residences Jodhpur is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home Pvt. Ltd. & Shreeyukt. It will be on approximately 39,000 square feet of property and will include conference, banquet facilities and a rooftop pool.


Both properties will be operated under a hotel management agreement, reinforcing ROHL’s asset-light expansion strategy and strengthening its presence in culturally significant leisure destinations across India, according to Royal Orchid.

“Jaipur continues to be a strong market for us, driven by consistent demand across business, leisure, and extended-stay segments,” said Chander Baljee, Royal Orchid and Regenta Hotels’ chairman and managing director, according to the Economic Times. “The signing of Regenta Suites and Residences Jaipur aligns perfectly with our growth strategy and brand promise of delivering comfort-led hospitality in prime city locations.”

Recently, Cygnett Hotels & Resorts signed two properties in Rajasthan, India, under the Anamore Registry Collection by Wyndham brand.
