Hotel management firm Revival Hotels is working with Stayntouch to provide its cloud-based property management systems to Revival’s independent portfolio.

How Revival Hotels Enhances Operations with Stayntouch’s Cloud PMS

HOTEL MANAGEMENT FIRM Revival Hotels is working with Stayntouch to provide its cloud-based property management systems to Revival’s independent portfolio. Revival is led by Founder and CEO Saxton Sharad.

Revival will receive automated software with flexibility and an interface its team can adopt to improve daily operations, the companies said in a joint statement.

"We chose Stayntouch because it’s built for the way modern hotels operate—efficiently, intuitively, and designed to work for our teams, not against them,” Sharad said. “Having worked with nearly every PMS on the market, we know a system is only as good as how well the team can use it. Stayntouch’s ease of use and cloud-based flexibility have allowed us to streamline front desk operations, reduce training times, and improve the guest experience. Seeing our teams thrive with this system confirms we made the right choice."

Revival also operates an investment fund and a consulting firm focused on non-institutional independent assets. The company’s independent properties will use a property management system that enables two-day staff training and remote operations, the statement said. Stayntouch technology automates check-in, room updates and back-office tasks.

Priya Rajamani, Stayntouch’s vice president of implementation and support, said Revival Hotels' hands-on approach and strategic focus make it an ideal partner.

"With our platform, we’re transforming their operations to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the guest experience across their independent properties," she said. "We’re proud to work with a team that values operational excellence and the technology behind it."

In October, Stayntouch deployed its PMS at 139 Cobblestone Hotels locations in 90 days.

Cloudbeds CEO Adam Harris and Stayntouch CEO Jacob Messina discussed the future of property management systems at the Hospitality Show in December, highlighting their role in enhancing human connections and efficiency amid rising costs.
