Residence Inn by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk is now open in San Antonio. The 10-story, 171-key hotel was jointly developed by Peachtree Group and Meritt Development Group.
The hotel is in downtown San Antonio, near the San Antonio River Walk and the city’s dining, entertainment and cultural districts. Nearby landmarks include The Alamo, La Villita Historic Arts Village, the Henry B. González Convention Center and the Pearl District.
The all-suite hotel offers studio and one-bedroom accommodations with full kitchens and separate living and work areas, the statement said. F&B options include a full-service Starbucks and a 24-hour market. Guests can order groceries for delivery through the front desk and food through Uber Eats while earning Marriott Bonvoy points.
The property features a fitness center, outdoor fire pit and lounge area. It also offers meeting space with built-in AV, available through the sales team or front desk, with QR code booking.
“As travel continues to evolve, extended-stay guests are seeking spaces that feel intentional, design-driven and seamlessly connected to their surroundings,” said Corina Lathan, the hotel’s general manager. “This property was built with that in mind.”
Separately, Peachtree expanded its Delaware Statutory Trust platform with two acquisitions offering 1031 exchange-eligible investments to accredited investors, bringing the total value of its DST offerings to about $525 million.
