Prahladbahi “Peter” Chaudari owns the 41-key midscale hotel between Atlanta and Chattanooga. It is his first Sonesta property, Sonesta International Hotels Corp. said in a statement.
“We are excited to open Red Lion Inn & Suites Adairsville, a town known for its history and proximity to outdoor recreation,” said Keith Pierce, Sonesta’s executive vice president and president of franchise and development. “The iconic Red Lion Hotels, Inns & Suites by Sonesta brand continues to expand across the U.S. with a specialized focus on secondary and tertiary markets with a strong tie to state and national parks and outdoor activities.”
The brand also had a recent opening in Lemoore, California. Chirag Patel owns the 66-room hotel in the San Joaquin Valley.
