Palette’s Expertise in Hospitality Management

SUNRISE GOLD HOSPITALITY recently selected Palette Hotels to manage its 140-room DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Meadow Lands Casino Area in Washington, Pennsylvania. Palette will oversee renovations, including Hilton Connected Rooms technology upgrades, new signage, landscaping, building systems and updates to the lobby, guestrooms, bathrooms, meeting spaces, restaurant, bar and lounge.

Sunrise Gold Hospitality is led by owner Ramesh Pandya, and Palette Hotels by Founder and CEO Richard Lou.

“With their people-first, owner-centric, results-driven culture, Palette was the perfect choice to manage our hotel and oversee the construction phase of its refurbishment,” said Pandya.

The hotel is near The Meadows Racetrack and Casino and Tanger Outlet. It features an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center and 13,000 square feet of event space.

Lou said they understand the importance of strong management that drives value through improved guest satisfaction and stronger bottom lines.

“We have a long-standing relationship with Hilton that provides invaluable operational insights, and the DoubleTree marks our fourth branded hotel with the franchise, as well as our second in Pennsylvania,” Lou said. “With the implementation of our proprietary management and marketing systems, we are confident the hotel will become the destination of choice for business and leisure travelers to southwestern Pennsylvania.”

Lou said that following the renovation, the hotel will achieve ‘like-new’ status, making it the ‘newest’ hotel in the Washington market in the past five years.

A joint venture between Sage Lane Partners, led by Managing Partners Bhavnesh and Bhavin Vivek, and ARK Holdings, led by CEO Azim Saju, recently acquired the 101-room Hampton Inn & Suites Prattville in Alabama.
