NOBLE INVESTMENT GROUP acquired the 214-key Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa on the riverfront in Reno, Nevada. Other terms were not disclosed.
The property is along the Truckee River with access to Reno’s central business district and the Reno–Tahoe corridor, Noble said in a statement. It includes The Refuge Spa, 13,000 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool and a fitness center.
“Reno reflects the economic and demographic characteristics we prioritize when investing in growth markets,” said Ben Brunt, Noble’s chief investment officer. “The riverfront location and brand allow us to pursue capital improvements and operational initiatives to drive performance.”
Reno is a growing U.S. metropolitan area supported by in-migration, its tax structure, infrastructure investment and corporate demand, the statement said. The region attracts more than 15 million visitors annually and shows population growth, job creation and economic diversification in technology, manufacturing, logistics and tourism.
The market has also drawn investment from technology, data infrastructure, electric vehicle, manufacturing and logistics companies — including Tesla, Google, Microsoft, Apple and Switch — and distribution operations serving the Western U.S. Its base in technology, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, professional services and tourism, along with proximity to Lake Tahoe, supports lodging demand year-round.
Atlanta-based Noble is led by CEO Mit Shah. He received the 2026 Arne Sorenson Social Impact Leadership Award at the Night of a Thousand Stars Gala on Jan. 25 in Los Angeles.
