KESHAV MANAGEMENT ACQUIRED the 127-key Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport in Pensacola, Florida. Innisfree Hotels sold the property in a transaction facilitated by HREC Investment Advisors.
The property is Keshav’s first property under Hyatt Hotels Corp., HREC said in a statement. The hotel is at Pensacola International Airport and is connected to the passenger terminal by a covered walkway. It is about five to six miles from downtown Pensacola, with access to Interstate 10.
Keshav is a family-run company based in Savannah, Georgia, led by chief executive officer Dipal Patel. The company manages hotels under Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Choice Hotels International.
The transaction was arranged by Michael Salloway, senior vice president in Atlanta; Tammy Bateman-Nilsen, senior vice president in Orlando; Paul Sexton, principal and Florida broker of record; and George Davis, senior associate in Denver.
Separately, Sonari Capital Partners acquired the 106-key Home2 Suites Tampa USF/Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida, from RPS Holdings.
