REGISTRATION IS OPEN for The Hospitality Show, Nov. 2 to 4 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida. The event, produced by Questex and the American Hotel & Lodging Association, will focus on hotel operations and profitability.
The 2026 conference program will feature discussions on brand-owner dynamics, labor challenges, guest expectations, operational case studies, AI implementation and demand drivers, AHLA said in a statement.
“The Hospitality Show is the only event bringing together the entire hotel ecosystem with a dedicated focus on the business of operating hotels,” said Rosanna Maietta, AHLA president and CEO. “At a time of rapid change across hospitality, this has become one of the industry’s most important events for decision-makers looking to gain insights, build partnerships and maximize hotel operations.”
Featured speakers on the Visionary Stage include Chris Nassetta, Hilton Worldwide Holdings’ president and CEO, who will discuss leading a global hotel company through industry change. Thom Geshay, Davidson Hospitality Group president and CEO, will moderate the conversation and share his perspective on hotel operations and leadership.
Duncan Wardle, former head of innovation and creativity at Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel and Disney Parks, will discuss how hotels can use creativity, storytelling and experiences to strengthen guest engagement. Gilda Perez-Alvarado, Accor Ltd. group chief strategy officer, will examine how partnerships are evolving beyond sponsorships to help hospitality brands reach new audiences and drive demand.
Alexi Khajavi, Questex group president for hospitality and operational real estate, said The Hospitality Show was built for hospitality professionals.
“As the industry continues to evolve rapidly, hospitality leaders are looking for smarter ways to optimize time, revenue, guest experience, operational efficiency, technology and workforce strategy,” he said. “The Hospitality Show brings those conversations, solutions and connections together in one place.”
For 2026, The Hospitality Show is introducing onsite enhancements to help attendees navigate the event and make better use of their time, the statement said. The expo floor will feature six pavilions focused on design, food and beverage, commercial, hospitality services and strategy, technology and operations. New pavilion lounges will provide spaces for networking and business discussions across hospitality sectors.
A central stage will host sessions on operational trends, industry insights and leadership topics in one location.
