Hampton Inn & Suites Launches in Irving
Hampton Inn & Suites Irving Hwy 183 is now open in Irving, Texas. The 110-room property is owned by RMS Hospitality LLC, led by managing director Rafiq Islam, and will be managed by Hotel Equities.
The hotel is near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, downtown Dallas, the Toyota Music Factory and the Las Colinas community.
“We are thrilled to introduce a hotel that sets a new standard in this market,” said Rafiq Islam. “We aimed to create an unmatched guest experience and a meaningful investment in the Irving community. Our goal is to deliver the best Hampton Inn experience available.”
Clint DeLee, vice president of operations at Hotel Equities, called the opening a key step for the team.
“Not only are we welcoming guests to the property, but we’re also celebrating a partnership with an ownership group that shares our values of quality, service, and community engagement,” he said. “It’s been a privilege to support their vision.”
Hotel Equities manages 12 hotels in Texas.
Meanwhile, HE is integrating Little Rock–based Pinnacle Hotel Group’s portfolio and pipeline into its platform, expanding their partnership at the AC Hotel by Marriott Kansas City Downtown.
