G6 HOSPITALITY IS hosting its annual franchise conference in Cancún, Mexico, from April 27 to 29. The event will bring together more than 1,200 franchise owners and partners from North America.

It is the company’s first large-scale conference since its integration into PRISM and will focus on growth, collaboration and the brand’s future, G6 said in a statement.

“This conference represents an important milestone for us,” said Sonal Sinha, G6 CEO. “Over the past year, we have worked closely with our franchise partners to strengthen the business, bring greater structure and consistency to operations and build a more resilient platform. This progress has been built together and we’re excited to bring our owners together to celebrate it and look ahead to what we will achieve next.”

The event will feature a lineup of Indian artists and entertainers, G6 said in a statement. Indian playback singer Sonu Nigam will headline the gala evening on the 29th with a live concert. Falguni Pathak will lead a cultural night on the 28th. Sunil Grover will perform on the main stage and Rishabh Sharma will open the conference on the 27th with a sitar performance.

Business first

The conference will feature business sessions led by industry experts in banking, real estate, technology and hospitality, including senior leaders from financial institutions and hospitality operators, the statement said. Topics include estate and succession planning, hotel valuation and exit strategies and financing and refinancing in a high-interest rate environment.

Sessions will also focus on operational levers to improve performance, including cost-saving technologies, revenue management, sales, extended-stay growth, renovation, compliance, insurance claims, and operational risk management, G6 said. It will cover leadership, culture and the next generation of operators in family-owned hospitality businesses.

The agenda will include experts in safety, legal and regulatory fields to address issues such as law enforcement collaboration and trafficking risk prevention, the statement said. It will also host discussions on AI across the property lifecycle and global investment opportunities.

Over the past year, G6 made investments to strengthen performance and create long-term value for franchise partners, the statement said. These efforts include expanding corporate partnerships, with more than 150 new corporate clients added in 2025, marketing initiatives and continued investment in digital platforms to increase direct bookings.

The company also strengthened its operational and financial foundation through technology and payments infrastructure upgrades and expanded its footprint with new locations, including growth of the Studio 6 brand.

G6 strengthened its focus on safety and risk management through AI-led initiatives such as Protect24.ai and other safety and security programs. It also increased engagement with franchisees through nationwide interactions and industry collaboration, including work with associations such as THLA, keeping owners central to its growth strategy.
