Summary:
- Noble promoted Fisher to principal and head of acquisitions.
- He joined the company in 2008.
- He will lead acquisitions strategy and support investment growth.
Dustin Fisher is now principal and head of acquisitions at Noble Investment Group. He will lead acquisitions strategy, support capital deployment and expand the firm’s investment verticals.
Fisher joined Noble in 2008 and helped develop investment strategies that expanded the firm’s U.S. travel and hospitality presence, Noble said in a statement.
Atlanta-based Noble is led by CEO Mit Shah.
“Dustin’s judgment and execution have strengthened Noble’s ability to originate opportunities with asymmetric return potential and deploy capital with discipline at scale,” Shah said. “His promotion reflects Noble’s meritocratic culture and fiduciary focus—where responsibility grows with performance and investor alignment through cycles.”
He will also expand Noble’s investment pipeline and support initiatives that grow the firm and deploy capital effectively, ensuring the platform meets the needs of institutional investors, Noble said.
Ben Brunt, Noble’s chief investment officer, said Fisher has been central to the firm’s ability to underwrite and execute investments that expand its opportunity set and create value through cycles.
“He brings discipline and leadership to deliver durable, risk-adjusted performance for our institutional partners,” he said.
In December, Noble acquired a 35-property Sonesta Simply Suites portfolio with more than 4,000 rooms, expanding the firm’s long-term accommodations platform.
