Extended Stay America Premier Suites Debuts in Charlottesville
Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Charlottesville is now open in Charlottesville, Virginia. The four-story, 92-room property was developed and is managed by KARA Hospitality, with Mitesh Amin as managing partner.
ESA doubled its number of franchise owners across its brands in 2024, with this project marking KARA Hospitality’s fourth new construction, the company said in a statement.

The Charlottesville hotel features a 24-hour fitness room and other amenities, catering to long-term business travelers, contractors, and those seeking temporary housing, the statement said. It is near the University of Virginia, UVA Hospital, National Ground Intelligence Center, and local sites including Monticello and the Monticello Wine Trail.
Mark Williams, managing director of franchise development at ESA, said demand for extended stay accommodations continues to grow.
"This opening reflects our commitment to working with experienced developers like KARA Hospitality, who share our mission of providing travelers with accommodations that support their extended stay needs,” he said.
In addition to the Charlottesville property, KARA has developed ESA Premier Suites in Colonial Heights, Fredericksburg, and Harrisonburg, Virginia, and is planning a Premier Suites in the Roanoke area.
