EXTENDED STAY AMERICA marked the fifth anniversary of its Premier Suites brand. Launched in 2021, Premier Suites is ESA’s fastest-growing midscale extended-stay brand.

The company remains focused on expanding the brand while maintaining performance across its portfolio, ESA said in a statement. With nearly 60 hotels open, the company aims to reach 100 Premier Suites locations by 2030.

“For more than 30 years, Extended Stay America has defined the extended-stay category,” said Greg Juceam, ESA president and CEO. “Premier Suites represents our continued evolution—applying everything we’ve pioneered and learned to create a purpose-built brand that addresses a clear opportunity in the midscale extended-stay segment. The success the brand has experienced in the past five years reflects strong owner confidence, disciplined growth and sustained demand for a modern extended-stay product.”

Premier Suites was designed to meet the needs of extended-stay guests while providing owners an efficient new-construction and conversion model, the statement said. Its hotels include fitness centers and workspaces.

In September, TMGOC Ventures, led by Sunju Patel and Willow Street Capital opened Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Jacksonville Airport in Jacksonville, Florida.
