EXTENDED STAY AMERICA launched "Client Connect", a business travel program for extended-stay travelers. The platform was developed for business travelers needing stays of weeks or months, with solutions for construction crews, traveling nurses, military personnel and others with long-term needs.

It consolidates the company’s business travel services into one platform through partnerships, discounted rates and simplified booking, ESA said in a statement.

“As the leader in extended stay for more than 30 years, we’ve built our success on connecting with our clients and understanding their needs,” said Kelly Poling, ESA’s chief commercial officer. “Our clients tell us what sets Extended Stay America apart is the high-touch service we provide to travel planners and the care we offer guests. Client Connect formalizes that relationship-first approach, unifying our services under one program that strengthens our partnership with travel managers and business travelers.”

The program includes account management, discounted rates with savings on longer stays and flexible policies such as easy extensions, the statement said. It also offers streamlined booking via a website and mobile app, and a direct bill program that simplifies invoicing and payments for travel managers.

“As the leader in the extended-stay space, we know our clients need more than accommodations—they need a partner who understands their business challenges and delivers solutions that keep their teams productive and comfortable,” said Tim Horan, ESA's group vice president. “Client Connect offers that with cost-effective options, policies, and support that simplify managing longer stays.”

Client Connect uses ESA’s network of more than 700 locations, offering amenities for longer stays such as kitchens, furnished suites, WiFi, breakfast, guest laundry at select properties and pet accommodations, the statement said. The program is available to business clients and will serve as the basis for future updates that expand its value for extended-stay travelers and planners.
