Blake Doran is now vice president of operations at Stonebridge Cos. He will report to Lee Palaschak, executive vice president of operations.

Denver-based Stonebridge is a privately owned hotel management company founded by Chairman Navin Dimond and led by President and CEO Rob Smith.

“Blake’s operational knowledge and collaborative leadership make him a strong addition to the Stonebridge team,” said Smith. “We’re confident he will help us continue delivering results across our portfolio.”

Doran brings a background in hotel operations focused on financial performance, guest service, and team development, Stonebridge said in a statement. He most recently served as divisional vice president of operations for Remington Hospitality, overseeing a multi-state hotel portfolio and supporting on-property teams.

Doran said he is honored to join Stonebridge and help lead operations at a growing organization.

“I look forward to working with the team to build on Stonebridge’s reputation for operational excellence,” he said.

In April, Stonebridge promoted 18 team members across operations, accounting, technology, legal, risk, revenue, and commercial services.
