DKN HOTELS WILL manage the 122-key Courtyard by Marriott Toledo Rossford/Perrysburg in Rossford, Ohio. It will provide operational and revenue management and guest service systems for the property.
The property is near Interstate 75, the Ohio Turnpike, downtown Toledo, Hollywood Casino Toledo, the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium, the Toledo Museum of Art, Stranahan Theater and Town Center at Levis Commons, DKN said in a statement. The addition is part of the company’s expansion into Midwest markets and its Marriott-branded hotel portfolio, the company said.
Irvine, California-based DKN is led by Founder Kiran Dahya and CEO Ana Almada.

The property includes an indoor swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, two event rooms with 936 square feet of space, a 24-hour market and a business center, the statement said.
In December, DKN acquired the 150-key Residence Inn by Marriott San Diego Sorrento Mesa/Sorrento Valley in San Diego, California. DKN Ventures, its hotel development and investment arm, partnered with PK Architects, Gensler and MJS Landscaping for a renovation scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026.
