BANK OF AMERICA updated its Travel Center to allow clients to plan, book and manage travel. It offers more travel choices, better search and filtering tools and more payment options.

Clients can also combine credit card rewards with credit or debit card payments when booking travel, BofA said in a statement. They can use rewards along with card payments and book different flights for the same trip.

The platform, operated by Rocket Travel by Agoda, allows clients to search and filter travel options by date, price and amenities. It offers more hotels, flights, car rentals and other travel services. Users can also view hotel images, amenities and reviews.

“As travelers seek meaningful experiences and ways to maximize their rewards, our enhanced Travel Center provides a more flexible and comprehensive way to manage travel,” said Mary Hines Droesch, BofA’s head of consumer and small business products and analytics. “The new destination reflects our continued focus on delivering value and memorable experiences for clients.”

Access to the Travel Center depends on the card type. Clients can use the Mobile Banking app, Online Banking or Erica to access the platform. Additional reward redemption options are expected to be added over time, the statement said.

The Travel Center provides access to more than 500,000 properties, flights from more than 170 airline partners, ground transportation through more than 170 car rental companies and more than 400,000 activities.

Separately, the U.S. House of Representatives passed three bills to strengthen airport security and streamline passenger screening.
