SELECT BY ANDAAZ, a casegoods and seating manufacturing brand for select-service hotels, launched Oct. 6 at The Lodging Conference in Phoenix. Andaaz Manufacturing backs the brand, which offers prototype development as well as specification-driven and custom select-service manufacturing.
The brand will work with hotel brands, ownership groups, franchisees, procurement teams and designers, the company said in a statement.
The company said hotel brands need manufacturing partners that can carry out furniture programs to established standards. Owners and franchisees, it said, must also manage budgets, schedules and procurement, and repeat successful programs across properties.
“The idea for Select started with a need we kept seeing in the market,” said Kristina Scott, director of operations at Select by Andaaz. “Through Andaaz Manufacturing, we understand the level of production knowledge and attention to detail required to take a piece from a drawing to something that performs in a hospitality environment.”
Andaaz Manufacturing makes custom casegoods and seating for four- and five-star hotels, resorts and casinos. Select by Andaaz draws on that experience and on Andaaz Manufacturing’s global production capabilities, the company said.
President Donald Trump signed a proclamation Dec. 31, 2025, that delayed planned tariff increases on upholstered furniture, kitchen cabinets and vanities until Jan. 1, 2027. The existing 25 percent tariff remains.
