Brandon Alexander is Noble Investment Group’s director of tax. He leads state and local income tax strategy and compliance across the firm’s real estate portfolio.
Before joining Noble, Alexander worked in multi-entity tax, the firm said in a statement. Most recently, at Koch Industries, he led consolidated state income tax reporting and planning, partnered with senior leadership and improved reporting and operations.
“Brandon brings deep technical expertise and a disciplined approach to managing complex tax structures,” said George Dabney, Noble’s managing principal and chief financial officer. “His leadership will strengthen our tax strategy and compliance framework as we continue to expand our investment platform.”
His background includes tax compliance, audits, tax provision and implementing systems to improve discipline and transparency. In this role, he leads tax planning, multi-state compliance and processes to improve reporting and support long-term value for investors.
The Atlanta-based company is led by CEO Mit Shah.
Noble recently promoted seven professionals across its asset management, design and development, capital markets and client solutions teams.
