ACCOR LTD. LAUNCHED its ALL Accor booking and loyalty app in ChatGPT, making it one of the first hospitality companies on the platform. It is available in more than 20 languages across supported markets.

Travelers can use natural language in ChatGPT to search Accor hotels, enter trip details, view public and member rates and access property information, Accor said in a statement. When ready to book, users are redirected to the ALL Accor booking platform to complete the reservation.


“This introduction of the ALL Accor app on ChatGPT marks a pivotal moment for Accor," said Alix Boulnois, Accor's chief commercial, digital and tech officer. "We are fundamentally transforming how guests interact with our brands, leveraging cutting-edge capabilities to deliver unparalleled convenience and personalization. This move significantly enhances our ALL Accor loyalty proposition and reinforces our market leadership, creating substantial value across our global network for both our guests and our valued partners.”

Accor and Dangayach Group are developing the 160-key Sofitel Rishikesh Narendra Nagar in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. The eight-acre hotel overlooking the Ganges River is expected to open in 2030.
