Fine Acers, based in Jaipur, is led by Principal Dinesh Yadav.
“At Fine Acers, we are building a future-ready hospitality platform rooted in strong destinations, intelligent asset structuring and enduring partnerships,” Yadav said. “The signing of Dolce Resorts in Goa and Udaipur reflects our confidence in India’s premium leisure and wedding markets and reinforces our long-term commitment to developing iconic assets. Our continued collaboration with Wyndham is driven by shared values and a clear alignment on sustainable growth. With India’s growing demand for premium leisure and destination wedding venues, Dolce Goa and Dolce Udaipur will offer world-class hospitality in two exceptional locations.”
Rahool Macarius, Wyndham’s market managing director for Eurasia, said the signing of Dolce Goa and Dolce Udaipur marks the entry of the Dolce brand in India, where destination-led leisure, weddings and meetings are shaping travel choices.
“Goa and Udaipur are iconic destinations with strong cultural resonance and a growing preference for experience-led stays,” he said. “Dolce is ideal, as it embraces its destination, brings people together through design, culinary offerings and spaces for gatherings—making it a natural fit as we continue to build Wyndham’s upscale presence in India.”
