Wealth Hospitality Group has added the 100-room Candlewood Suites in Mobile, Alabama, expanding the company’s presence in a key Gulf Coast market supported by strong industrial and maritime activity.
The extended-stay hotel features amenities designed to serve long-term and project-based travelers, including full in-suite kitchenettes, a fully equipped fitness room, suite shop, guest laundry facility, and an outdoor patio with a barbecue area. The property is positioned to support professionals working in Mobile’s shipbuilding, construction, and related industrial sectors, where demand for extended-stay accommodations continues to grow.
Mobile’s role as a regional hub for shipbuilding, manufacturing, and large-scale infrastructure projects has driven consistent lodging demand from contractors, engineers, and traveling workforces. The addition of Candlewood Suites aligns with Wealth Hospitality Group’s strategy of expanding in markets supported by durable economic drivers and workforce demand.
“We are excited to expand our presence in Mobile with the addition of Candlewood Suites,” said CEO Chico Patel. “This property allows us to support long-term guests contributing to the region’s industrial growth while delivering reliable, guest-focused extended-stay accommodations.”
Wealth Hospitality Group continues to grow its national development platform, with a pipeline of branded hotel projects expected to break ground beginning in 2026 across multiple U.S. markets.
