The property is near Vanderbilt University, Vanderbilt Medical Center, Centennial Park and Music Row, Vision said in a statement. It is Vision’s first Tempo by Hilton hotel, with a 1,000-square-foot fitness center and more than 1,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
Chattanooga, Tennessee–based Vision is led by Founder and CEO Mitch Patel.
“We are proud to officially open Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown and bring this project to completion,” said Patel. “This hotel reflects our continued commitment to developing high-quality, forward-thinking properties in dynamic markets, and we look forward to welcoming guests and sharing this new experience with them.”
Kevin Morgan, Tempo by Hilton’s brand leader, said the opening of Tempo Nashville Midtown, the brand’s second hotel in Music City, reflects its development pipeline.
“We’re continuing to see a growing demand for accommodations that meet the needs of today’s traveler and that includes food & beverage, design and amenities that promote wellbeing and routine,” he said. “Tempo Nashville Midtown offers just that and it’s a welcomed addition to our portfolio.”
