STONEBRIDGE COS. RECENTLY added the 244-room Marriott Saddle Brook in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, to its full-service managed portfolio. The property is owned by Victory Worldwide LLC, led by CEO Anil Monga.

Stonebridge, based in Denver, is a privately held hotel management company founded by Chairman Navin Dimond and led by President and CEO Rob Smith.

“We are excited to welcome the Marriott Saddle Brook to the Stonebridge family,” said Smith. “This property holds a unique place in Marriott’s history. With its thoughtful renovation and strategic location near New York City, we see great potential to deliver strong performance and exceptional guest service.”

The hotel completed a renovation and includes conference rooms, a fitness center, and more than 4,000 square feet of event space across the Atrium and banquet halls, which can accommodate over 450 people, Stonebridge said in a statement. It is 20 miles from New York City and near the Meadowlands Sports Complex, Garden State Plaza in Paramus, Hackensack University Medical Center, Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck and Great Falls Park in Paterson. It is 23 miles from Newark Liberty Airport and 17 miles from Secaucus Junction.

Monga said the multimillion-dollar renovation marks a new chapter for the property.

“From the moment guests enter the reimagined lobby, they’re welcomed into a vibrant, modern space that sets the tone for a refreshed and elevated experience throughout their stay,” he said. “Partnering with Stonebridge ensures that the property is positioned to thrive in today’s competitive hospitality landscape while honoring its legacy.”

In June, Stonebridge named Adam Snow executive vice president and chief strategy officer to oversee property strategy and performance.
